Requirements

This program is suitable for ages 10-14
Completed parent and authorized Release of Liability form
Completed parent and authorized Medical form
Completed parent and authorized Prescriber Permission from for any child requiring medications or inhaler, including Epi-pen, needed during program hours.
Completed parent and authorized Photo/Multimedia Release Authorization form

Note: You can sign up for more than one day of camp in the same transaction. Add this day to your cart by completing all of the fields and click "add to cart", then go back to the screen showing each day of camp. Click on the next day that you would like to schedule and follow the same process.

Tip: If you are signing up for more than one day of camp you can auto-fill in your children's information! Input the number of children, click the Register button, then just below on the right-hand side, click the "Auto Fill With" drop down box.
